Servicing and Repair
Our engineers are the lifeblood of the organisation. Based here in Scotland, we have 16th edition BS7671 time served electricians as well as staff fully trained across a range of equipment from various manufacturers. All responed with speed and empathy to the users. On completion of the installation Stairlifts Scotland Ltd. automatically enters a service contract onto our computer system and the client is given our main telephone number for call outs.
The contract entitles any customer / client to the following:
- A 24 - hour a day, 365 days a year call out service.
- A daytime service that connects them direct with our main office in Glasgow.
- An evening and weekend service that connects directly to our 'on call engineers'.
- An expected response time of 2 to 3 hours for attendance by an engineer.
